RISC-V International riscv-opcodes extensions/ files: one record per instruction with extension, 16/32-bit width and the decoder match/mask computed from its fixed bit fields (default set RV64GC + Zba/Zbb/Zbs/Zbc + privileged + V). Data licence BSD-3-Clause. Read from raw.githubusercontent.com one file per half second with an identifying User-Agent, parsed once a day.
