Explore cited budgets and procurement records. Every amount retains its stage, currency, and source revision.
Capture federal contracts from USAspending
Find federal contracts with reported work in a US state. Date filters select new awards; reported obligations can include later changes. These are separate from local-government contracts and payments.
Capture prepares evidence for review. It does not import records or create payments.
Save each receipt before advancing. It contains the original response, exact query, hashes, and resume cursor. Pages may change between captures; this is not a complete or frozen dataset.
Replay or resume a saved receipt
Replay uses the saved response, makes no provider request, and restores its next-page cursor.
Import the reviewed Raleigh sample to start. Worldwide coverage is not loaded.
Pins are jurisdiction label points, not boundaries, supplier addresses, or project sites.
Review and import source evidence
The sample contains a geographic label point, a proposed budget transfer and a recommended bid award. It does not establish a signed contract or payment. Fiscal and atlas imports are separately replayable.
Expand the atlas
The directory accepts cited records from any country or area. Imported observations create no Municipality memberships, supplier Organizations, CRE8 budgets, or payments.

Templates cover selected institutions and use research links, not a complete government chart. Public officials stay source references. Organization links grant no inherited membership. Budget links can be unconfigured; amounts and approval remain owned by Budget.

The excerpt covers Treasury, HUD and Labor. USAspending top-tier codes may be three or four digits; its internal numeric record ID is a separate identifier. Imported source claims are not identity verification.

1. Review the source packet
The sample includes archived agenda item B.3 and prior-year audited department expenditures. Its calendar UID is derived from the recording identifier. Minutes and academy payment records are still missing.
2. Connect your research project

3. Draft a Charter response
Use a linked decision below, write the proposed policy note, and review the current Charter before export. The draft preserves existing rules.
4. Review together
Create a community policy proposal from the selected Charter review. Your Organization's Charter must authorize community proposals and voting for this research Project. Passing a review records support; applying a Charter change and ratifying a Budget remain separate actions.

Each owner import is replayable separately; the full packet is not one transaction. No invitations, time reservations, votes, Charter amendments or public-money transfers are created by importing evidence.
