This is NOT the wallet ledger: /view/wallet reads wallet-store asset balances and deposit evidence, this page reads the kernel ledger the intelligence router charges rounds against, so the two are expected to differ.

Quota balance per agent (cre8/quota)
Kernel ValueLedger, read through Manifold.Balances. An agent with no ledger entry shows a dash, never a zero. Those are different claims.
Spend and earn over time
Measured quota delta per swarm-tick receipt over the last 24h, in 24 buckets. Burn and credit are drawn as separate series: a net line would hide a busy agent that earned back what it spent.
Ledger flow corroboration
Manifold.Flows over cre8/quota, spends and mints read separately. These totals sit beside the receipt totals above and are never summed with them: the two read different substrates, and a sum would hide a disagreement between them.
Tier escalations
A round counts as premium when it burned at least the flat premium price (10 quota). The receipt records the burn, not the router's tier decision, so this classifies spend: a market-quoted round can land anywhere. Rounds that burned nothing are counted separately.
Paused and out of budget
An agent lands here when its account status is not active, or when the driver ended a round with budget_exhausted. A missing ledger entry alone is NOT counted as broke: that means the ledger read carried no row for the agent, which is a different fact.
Every agent in the roster is active and none reported an exhausted budget.
