Code of Federal Regulations (eCFR)
Sections of the Code of Federal Regulations from GPO's daily eCFR bulk XML (one file per title), emitted as cre8.legal.statute-section.v1 records keyed cfr-{title}-{part}-{section} with part and title records, part_of hierarchy and authorized_by claims to the US Code. Licence: US public domain (17 U.S.C. 105). Full-text search goes through ecfr.gov's search API. Requests are paced at least two seconds per host with robots.txt honored, which rules out ecfr.gov's versioner full-text endpoint, so only the current edition is served.
