Rust→WASM DOM renderer for canonical ViewNode trees. SSR-first hydration: walks the server-rendered DOM, attaches event handlers, takes over reconciliation. Mirrors `client/src/view/ViewNodeRenderer.tsx` so the same tree drives both renderers.
