Applications

Self-hosted: reviewed scripted package selection takes effect at host restart. CRE8-hosted and decentralized placement need compatible artifacts, provider admission and operational evidence; this draft store does not provision them.

Usage, estimates, reservations, accrued charges and settlement are unavailable here until owner-issued records are linked to an exact application version. Self-hosted resource consumption is not automatically a CRE8 charge. No crystallization savings have been measured for this application.
