BrainApp — the neuro substrate: a kingdom-agnostic NeuroRegion atlas (brain-region taxonomy) and BrainSpec records carrying a connectome genome + an EEG rhythm spine, plus a time-pure neural-dynamics model (band power = f(rhythms, t)). Organisms resolve to their brain by slug (Brain.Resolve); the encyclopedia views make every nervous system a shareable page. Built on cre8-bio-core, the shared biological substrate.
