Shared substrate for the biological-coverage apps (Plant / Organism / Brain): the kingdom-agnostic Taxon tree, the day-stage growth/maturation model, hypergraph plumbing, and the slug/rank/router helpers — parameterized by a BioSchema so each app supplies its own vertex kinds, id prefix, ranks and default kingdom. Extracted from the byte-identical code the Plant and Organism apps had each forked.
